Dear Sirs, I wish to compliment you and your staff for a very enjoyable meal for five of us at Plaka Eastgate this evening. The food, preparation and ambiance was tasteful and excellent.

In particular I wish to compliment your waiter, Cliff, for his knowledge, politeness and demeanour. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with a waiter such as Cliff and as such he represents a true asset to your organisation. Please convey our thanks to Cliff and I hope that his potential is/will be recognised.

My husband and I have made it a weekly tradition to go to plaka at cresta for the past couple months. We LOVE the food and being Greek myself and in the food industry, it reminds me of the delicious authentic food you find in Athens and on the Islands. The manager/waitrons all greeted us with smiles and welcomed us Our waiter (Dennis) knew the menu and wine list extremly well and showed 100% great customer service Our food was out of this world.. everything was fresh and prepared to perfection. I'd like to thank the staff on duty last night for making my birthday a great success To the owner/s.. congratulations on a top venue..I have now offically found my favorite dining out place.

I have been yearning to come to Plaka for quite some time now and I finally got my wish this evening. Everything was absolutely perfect - from the beautifully presented and wonderfully tasty dishes to the friendly and informative waiter in the form of the vibrant Vusi. The Managers are warm and accommodating and doted over my children, treating them as equals and making us all feel like VIP guests. Plaka is a very well oiled ship and we are super impressed by the way everyone works amicably together as a team. The comradery between the staff and managers is lovely to see and compliments the light and happy atmosphere. On a scale of 1 to 10 your restaurant rates 11. I cannot recommend Plaka highly enough! Thanks once again for a fabulous dining experience and we look forward to our next meal with you! Warmest regards from the Hector family!

Just wanted to let you know that we went to Cresta last night for a meal. What a lovely evening we had. The décor is beautiful, the staff was friendly, alert and on the ball, the food was terrific and our evening was most enjoyable. We met with Nichal, who was delightful and made us feel really relaxed and welcome. We will certainly add this to our list of preferred restaurants. We will have no hesitation in eating at Plaka on a regular basis. We are moving at the end of the month to live in Umhlanga and we are so glad you have another branch there. Can’t wait to go back.

I have been to Plaka 5 times in the last month. The food has been fantastic, the Kleftico is to die for - as tender as ever. I'm a huge lamb lover, and yours is the best I have tasted in a long while. Also your prices are reasonable which is more than can be said for so many places these days. 'On the 19th May my husband, sister and I visited Plaka, this was our first visit and really did not have any expectations. Firstly we were given a very warm welcome by the staff and then taken to our seats. The ambiance was phenomenal, the waiters ever willing to assist even though it was not their delegated tables. The food was absolutely mouth watering, and just when you think this cannot get any better, the music and dancing starts. Plaka was so far the best restaurant I have been to in Durban. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Customer service is the most important aspect in business and you guys have that. Well done.
